I purchased a new Vision R helmet in July 2012. This helmet is now just on 18 months old and has totally gone to pot. I am very unhappy with it. A couple of weeks ago I called in as the helmet was leaking terribly when it rained and was advised by the person (I unfortunately did not get his name) that I should bring the helmet in so that they can check the seals.
I duly brought the helmet in on Saturday so that it can be checked and spoke to the guys at the service counter.
Now I get informed that the helmet will have to be sent away! I request a loaner as I am a commuter and I use it every day. The response was that I should either buy another helmet or they will trade me the R6K for a R600 Vega!! I was disgusted. I am still disgusted.
