Never will I buy a BMW helmet again

End of July 2012 I bought new BMW GS1200 Adventure, with it I bought (R6000) Enduro helmet. As it was rainy season I soon discovered the helmet leaked water like mad. While driving the peaks came loose and I had to remove it. After swapping the helmet 3 times at Donford Stellenbosch with no luck, it was suggested I pay in and rather get a System 6 helmet which I did. This year July & August once more in the rain (I live in Strand and work in Cape Town) I found the System 6 leaks like crazy. Went to Atlantic and was advised to get a new visor (R800) to no avail as the helmet still leaks. ON a particularly rainy morning it was almost impossible for me to see out of my helmet.
I stopped at Atlantic and showed them my helmet. Comment from staff member (This is why we advise people to keep their visors closed when riding in rain) I asked about doing something about my helmet but as I had no invoice for the System 6 helmet (clearly branded with BMW logo and badge) they were unable to help me.
I love my bike but as far as the helmet goes I will never buy a BMW helmet again and am currently looking to get a replacement.
