I ordered a printed voucher on Kalahari erroneously as I wasn't aware that the printed voucher would be delivered and not just enabling me to print it. When I found this fact out, I immediately (same day) phoned the call centre to cancel the order. Yushrah Beckett said that the order was canceled. The next day I phoned again because the order was still showing on my profile. Eben helped me telephonically and he was probably the most efficient. Making sure that I get my digital voucher as well as confirming the other order was cancelled. Three days later the delivery company called me saying that they were at my gate to deliver the package. I told them to sort it out with Kalahari as that order was cancelled. I phoned the next day and Peter said that it was cancelled and he doesn't know why it has been dispatched. He will look into it and come back to me. Also with feedback on when my refund will be paid back into my credit card. It has now been two weeks, no feedback, no refund. And I am tired of phoning the call centre now and getting no response. I also received two digital vouchers through email even though I only wanted one. This is horrible service!
