I ordered a cd and 2 vouchers from Kalahari, which was ordered and paid for on the 30th of November 2013. The delivery date kept on changing when following it online. The cd was a birthday present for someone in the beginning of December and the vouchers for 2 family kids for Christmas. I sent a few e-mails, got a call from an agent but couldn't answer my phone, she left a message. When I phoned the next day, I spoke to another agent who wasn't able to assist me and the one that phoned me was working that afternoon. He was going to ask her to phone me (this was about a week before Christmas). After that, even after sending more e-mails, I didn't here anything from anyone. The 7th of January, I got an e-mail saying they can't deliver the goods, they will refund me. They didn't even answer my reply to the e-mail, they didn't ask whether I would rather want anything else. I mean, how can they not deliver their own voucher? I think this is really very bad service from a big company like Kalahari. An agent phoned me a day later, asking me why I cancelled the order. I didn't, Kalahari did. She was going to phone me back with answers, I'm still waiting!!!
