Discount voucher takes longer than courier delive

On Thursday morning, 12 December 2013, I was finalising my [URL Removed] order and when I wanted to redeem my 12% Momentum Multiply discount I realised that I needed to purchase a Kalahari discount voucher from Multiply first. I logged into Multiply's website, purchased two vouchers and specified my email address where it must be delivered. The order time was 9:55 and I received my payment confirmation from my bank.

Half an hour passed without any voucher arriving so I phoned Multiply to follow up and asked them to please read me the voucher numbers. I wanted to finalise the order before 12 to make use of Kalahari's 24h delivery. Multiply informed me that they don't have the vouchers, Kalahari has to issued it and it takes 24 hours! No voucher has arrived yet. I have phoned Multiply on Friday when they were going to escalate the query and phone me back. Nothing happened. I phoned twice this morning just to be told that they are working on it.

How can it take 5 days to (fail to) send an email while Kalahari takes 24 hours to process, pack and deliver an order? The inconvenience I experienced now far exceeds the R42 discount. It is ridiculous.
