Edgars - extremely bad service

Dear Sir,

I am being billed for a Vodacom subscription which I did not enter into an agreement with Edgars, I went to the N1 city branch to question and cancel the subscription. The subscription wasn't cancelled and Edgars kept on billing me and sent me arrear reminders. I communicated via sms, two emails and also visited the Canal Walk branch (twice) to have this subscription cancelled and my account fixed... and credit record rectified. Since 1 October 2013 I spoke to 5 different call centre agents as well as a supervisor by names: Livhuwani, Keabetso, Kumbuza, Seipati, Sandile and Diana Tshabalala (a supervisor). Numerous times I was promised that a manager would return my call... I am still waiting!!
Edgars had the audacity to send me a letter dated 12 October 2013 informing me my account is seriously overdue and I was reported to the credit bureaux.
This is what i expect to happen:
My account must be rectified and the Vodacom subscription cancelled. My credit record must be restored.
I also insist on a written apology letter by a senior manager.
Please, please assist me. These major companies get away with murder!
