Cancelled pre-orde

I've pre-ordered the PC game "Watch dogs" almost 6 months ago. Then suddenly out of the blue a e-mail from Kalahari telling me that my order was cancelled because the had no stock!! Well of course there will be no stock because it is a pre-order due in 2014!!! At closer inspection I found that my pre order price and the new pre order price (still available for pre order on their website) are substantially different. I phone them they said sorry and I pre order again with Kalahari willing to pay the difference. Well guess what! My second pre order once again has been cancelled due to the fact that Kalahari has no stock!!! The game is still only available in Feb or March 2014!!!

It seems like Kalahari don't need my money. I still have not received any payback. I want my order reinstated!
