I placed an order with Kalahari on 12 August, and paid R600 from a voucher purchased with e-Bucks, and the balance from my bank account. Or so I thought. When I realised that the voucher amount wasn't used, I immediately phoned the call centre to ask how do I correct it. A lady with the name Alvita assured me that she will sort it out, and that I will get the R600 back within 3 to 4 days.

Now 10 days and numerous phone calls to different people later, I received an e-mail from yet nother person, stating I will get a credit of R600 on my profile, or Kalahari can put the funds back into my e-bucks account. If I was told that this was going to happen, I would have cancelled the order before it was processed, and re-do it.

I specifically used Kalahari in order to pay partially for the product with e-bucks. If I knew that I would have to pay in full for the product, I could and in hind sight should have ordered it from some where else.

I am very disappointed in how this matter was handled. I will put this down to a lesson learnt. And in future rather order from somewhere else where I get the service I deserve.
