Delivery date passed

I went to West Rand Lifestyle Crossing @Home to buy 3 Bentwood Barstools on the 24 September 2013, was told they are @ CPT warehouse and will take 7 - 10 working days to be @ the Distribution Centre in Centurion. I did not have a problem and even told them I will come fetch them there. Was given a number to call to check. I have been speaking with someone by the name of Russel and last week Friday seeing that the delivery date was 9 October 2013, called spoke to Russel. He told me that there are 3 trucks outside and they need to unpack them which will mean that I can only get my order by Monday 14 October. I called today and was told by another guy that my order is still in CPT as it does not show on their records there.

My problem is I could have bought those somewhere and I believe by now I would have gotten them. I have been patient and now I am losing it. Tried to call the @Home headoffice number but I only get an answering machine. Can someone please tell me what is going on and why not stick to your time frames. I paid cash for those I just wonder if i took them on credit you would be bothering me about payments.
