Mr Delivery Express cannot stick to arrangements

The online shopping experience has been positive, but my issue is about the delivery of parcels by Mr Delivery Express, which I read TakeALot acquired in 2011. For my last 2 orders the delivery has been a problem. When the call centre phones to arrange delivery, I always ask for delivery after 3PM. We leave home for work by 07:30AM latest, and my wife gets home again around 3PM. Three weeks ago, order number 1136937, they arrived at my home at 08:30AM, despite being asked to deliver after 3PM. Now today again I have just sent my new order number 1157495 back to the warehouse to be rescheduled, because I just received a phone call from the driver at 12:30 saying he's at my home and no one is answering to receive the package. What is is the point of arranging for delivery after a specific time if the delivery will show up at your gate at some random, unscheduled time anyway? Now to be rescheduled again? The driver told me he's instructed to delivere before 16:30, so as long as he does that he says he's doing the right thing. Come on guys, sort out your delivery process. I'm not asking you to deliver inside a five minute window, just any time after 3PM.
