This is not my first time purchasing something from home choice.

But the service for this last order is just bad!

I placed an order online on the 12 Nov 13. I called on the 15 Nov 13 to follow up, only then was i told that the luggage i ordered is out of stock and i should order something else. I placed another order with a consultant telephonically.

I called two more times to follow up on my order and i was told i must wait for the sms confirming the delivery.

On the 21 Nov 13 i received an sms confirming my order, and that it will be delivered within a few days.

I started calling Monday morning 25 Nov to follow up and i was told i must wait, my delivery will be done within 14 days. I called again on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday i was told the order will be delivered by the end of the day. Wednesday morning i was told to wait for 14 days and I spoke to the manager and insisted they check with the warehouse. Later yesterday i am told they made 2 attempts to deliver and i must place another order as the order is not returning. I cannot accept this!!

I am still waiting for feedback as to what is going to happen! I did not expect this from Home Choice!!
