I bought boots at Woolworths this year and I only wear them for few months and they had a problem I took them back and I was told that I will get a feedback within a week or two weeks and its a week and 3 days and I went there yesterday and I was told to wait for Shafek and after 30 minutes of waiting they told me that he no longer works there and no helped and I had to leave without any help and I don't when will I get my boots back because no one is giving me any direction, I am very disappointed because the reason why I buy from Woolworths is the quality that they say they have and now I am not satisfied with their service and quality.
