Unacceptable delivery time of orders

I became a Avon representative a month ago and I'm already frustrated. I've placed my first order on 19.04.2013. The order was confirmed and possible delivery date was between 22 - 26.04.2013. This order was Invoiced and on Friday 26.04.2013 I called to confirm the actual delivery date. I was told that my order should be delivered that same day. Today 29.04.2013 I phoned again to find out why my order was not delivered. I was given the Fast and Furious couriers services number and told to phone them as my order should've been delivered already. I phoned Fast and Furious couriers services and I was told that they haven't allocated my order a delivery number yet. When I asked them if they can just give me a date, I was told that I would receive an sms on the day of delivery. This cannot be acceptable towards myself or my clients. I would really like someone to please tell me when I can expect my orders to be delivered, so that I can make the necessary arrangements as I'm working during the day.
