August 3rd 2013 I bought a home theatre and TV at Russell's van der Walt, I had to wait for 52 days to get my stuff. And to make it worse I called on the 17th to find out where my stuff was at they told it was delivered, if where I don't know. They finally delivered the DVD on day 56, just when I thought the storm is over another one hits back. They delivered a system that I will never be able to play cause that kind of a plug is only found overseas, this I found out when I did my research going around like a headless chicken for two weeks looking for and adapter to plug this home theatre. And I did report this at Russell's they never bothered themselves to help me, I have been calling them they know me already and they keep transferring me to every extension there in that store. Today its Monday haven't heard from that head office she told me about, the whole weekend it was quiet, and I decided to keep quiet and see what action she will take, i can't believe this manager, really how did they appoint her?
