No order was recorded nor money refunded till date

Order was placed on the 1st September and paid via EFT and proof of payment forwarded. Two weeks later no delivery or contact was attempted by this supplier. I've been querying the refund of what I've paid via EFT into their bank account for more than a month now. The contact person from the company states that no order was recorded on my behalf and did not make any attempt to read through the query nor forward it to their billing team or whoever has access to check their bank account for the reference on my proof of payment. Therefore no refund till date received from the. I am hoping that everyone who is intending to use their services will read this report first before placing erroneous orders on their website that they have no records of and ignore refund requests of what customer erroneously paid into their bank.
