No Stock and No Staff

Myself and my husband went into Game Boksburg yesterday afternoon. We were looking at buying a couple of things as we have just moved and needed some necessary items. I don't know what it is about Game Boksburg but every time that I have gone there you always have to look for someone to help you and when you do find someone they don't have a clue what you talking about. They waste more of your time well you wait for someone else to assist you who is just as clueless. When they eventually assist you there answer is there is no stock. What is the point of having a retail outlet when you never have stock. They annoy you so much that you just feel like leaving everything behind and paying for nothing.

Game Boksburg needs to hire staff who know what they are doing and give them the relevant training that they need.

I mean they told me yesterday that I need a TV License to buy a portable DVD Player... REALLY!!!
I have never heard of that one before.

There is no customer service anymore and it is a real shame...
