Unsatisfied client

I bought a fridge on the 27/09/2013 they were out of stock but was told it was delivered in 2 - 3 days but to the 5/10 i have not heard anything and decided to go to the store and was told it will be there on Monday the 07th and again no one bothered calling me and i called the store on the 11th as was told by Claudia the fridge is in transit and she will call me back by the end of the day to collect but still no call. I had to call the stiore again today the 12/10 i was told it is still in transit and will be there on monday. The service provided to me really pathetic as i have paid for the fridge already and had to pay money to the person to collect the fridge.
