After two months of complaining with lewis stores promised to deliver the fridge on the 23rd of january 2013 of which it didnt happen, they finally delivered the fridge on the friday of which i was on my was to johannesburg i got a call from Lilian who told me that i should come into the shop and come pay the fridge before they deliver it. I told her that she can keep the fridge and that i want my money back because i was sick and tired of the back and forth with the store then an hour later my husband called mre to let me know that the fridge was delivered.

I can know start with the payments of the fridge from the end of february but the store doesnt see it that way, i hav been called left right and centre ever since that fridge arrived the manager and the branch sent the driver to my place to come and collect money, the driver then called the manager from his cellphone to his office. The manager answered the drivers phone and the manager told me that i must pay him or else he will send me a summons for not paying the new fridge and the reason why the Door for the previous fridge broke was that i was hanging on the door and i was at fault and that they didnt have to replace the fri
