Service delivery is pathetic

I bought a lounge suite and a fridge on credit at Furniture city carnival mall. I went back to the store to sign a new contract as I didn't want the fridge anymore. It has been over a month now since I have been promised by the store and their head office that someone will come collect the fridge at my house. I was told by the store that the fridge will also be included in my instlament as it is in my possession. My first payment is due on the 22nd April 2013. I am not prepared to pay something that I do not have nor use.

Furniture city must do something with their low class service and come collect that fridge. I expect the fridge not to be included in my instalment. They keep on making empty promises. Someone had better sort out this mess ASAP. If this is not sorted, I will have no choice but to take this matter further.
