New fridge - 4 days and STILL not sorted

Where to start... bought a new Samsung fridge from this store. 3 weeks later the fridge is broken. Fraught for two days to TRY get a technician out to check the fridge out. Compressor is broken. Back and forth for 3 days now to TRY get a replacement fridge and they keep coming upbwith excuses. My food is now ruined. Sitting with a 2week old baby and need a fridge. Need some sort of compensation for this. The service i have received has been beyond pathetic!!! Get told Im going forget a call back and never do! Tgemba helped to get a new fridge, but can only get one tomorrow. That's just too late. Been way too long now. I won't EVER purchase anything from them again! Useless staff and situations take forever to be resolved!!
