I paid case for a fridge that didnt work

I paid for Russell Hobbs fridge with Lewis and it did not work.
I paid cash. In the meantime I had to borrow for a fridge from a friend who needs the fridge back
After calling for them to collect it was collected Friday before last.
The whole last week I was not contacted. I then called Friday last week myself and found out that the sales person was on study leave and someone else was supposed to call me.
On Friday I spoke to Mandy and I was told that they were testing the replacement Fridge. I told her that she needs to call me on on cell as it was about time to leave. Today is Monday and Mandy is not there and the manager is not there and the salesperson i bought the fridge from is all of a sudden a CLERK.
Why is there no one that can tell me what is going on, surely there must be someone in charge in he absence of manager and Mandy. I refuse to believe that I must wait to tomorrow. I have waited long enough
