Whilst browsing through your latest brochure (Valid 9-15 October) I came across an item on page 10 of the brochure that i wanted 3 of, it is a pasta bowl and serving plate set.
On Thurs 10 Oct off I went to your Bel Airs centre branch (not convenient since moving from Northgate) were they unhelpful! a RCA marketing gentleman, by the name of Themba assisted me, it wasnt even his job, the others just sat around, the manager was nowhere to be found! No Stock! I have emailed RCA marketing to express my gratitude to Themba for going beyond the extra mile. I have also spoken with the area manager Willie VD Merwe, who was hugely apologetic.
I came home and phoned H/O I spoke to Rahool, who promised to get back to me the next morn, he did contact me in the aft (that is a story for another day) he was going to try and arrange for 3 to be sent to Clearwater Branch. On the 11th Oct I phoned Westgate branch, they put me through to the manager, Josie, who promised to come back to me within the hour, never happened i phoned the branch this aft 12 Oct spoke with him he had quite an arrogant tone and said the 3 boxes of the 16 PIECE service were there and they
