I am getting annoyed with your agents.

i paid my account on the 27th September 2013. the instalemnet is R135 and i paid for two months. i couldnt log into my account to get YOUR refence number as i did nt have my fone.

i have explained this i dont know how many times to ur agents and one one occasion one of ur agents Ms Martins shouted at me. Is this how you do business???
i have sent numerous emails and only get adverts back no reply as usual.

Homechoice i am sick and tired of this . train your agents to send emails to thier accounts dept to clarify and verify information.
