I bought a fridge in 2012 which is still under warranty. The fridge is no longer working. I went back to the Centurion branch where I purchased the fridge, I was told to get a bank statement to prove that I purchased the fridge from HiFi Corporation. I did that and returned to the branch so they can log a service call for my fridge. It has now been 6 days and I have not had a response from them. I have called and was told that my call will be returned by the relevant person. Its 6 days later and Im still stuck with a broken fridge and no call has been logged to get my fridge fixed! Lesson learnt from my end never purchase anything from HiFi Corp again.
