I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY WITHIN 8 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 8 DAYS I HAD TO CALL BACK TO FOLLOW UP MY ORDER AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE STOCK WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE AWAITING DISPATCH. CALLED SVERAL TIMES AND SPOKE TO FERNANDO AND 2 OTHER LADIES WHO ASSURED ME THAT THE STOCK IS IN THE WAREHOUSE AND I WILL GET DELIVERY IN A DAY OR 2 LATER. I SPOKE TO NATHAN WHO TOLD ME THE TRUTH THAT THE STOCK DID NOT ARRIVE YET AT ALL. I AM FURIOS ABOUT THIS!! THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE IS BASED ON! I CALLED AGAIN ON MONDAY AND THEY ASSURED ME DELIVERY TODAY (09/10/2013). I CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY SAID THAT THERE IS A STRIKE TODAY... I CALLED THE COURIER AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO STRIKE TODAY!

WHAT OTHER DOES KALAHARI TELL THERE CUSTOMERS???
