Problem with Delivery

I ordered a package on the 3rd of April on their 24hour delivery service. The estimated date of delivery on their website was also (in fact, it is still) stated as the 4th of April. Today (5th of April) being a Friday means that it would only arrive next week.

I sent an email that got a response stating "We have received stock from the supplier and will be sending it as soon as possible". The system however said that they had the item in stock when I ordered it. I then called the call center, spoke to a very friendly lady who apologized and said that [URL Removed] is moving all their stock to one warehouse, and that there would be a delay on all packages. She herself fell victim to kalahari's lack to communicate this to their customers.

I am extremely disappointed at kalahari. I feel that offering a 24hour service when one cannot deliver is unacceptable. I would have understood if kalahari had the decency to communicate that there would be a delay in their delivery service. I'm strongly considering canceling my order and moving to another online service provider.
