Horrible service from this website

Kalahari have been experiencing problems with their website and therefore completely my order for two tablets for my twin boys, so much so that the one now has had his tablet for a full week and the other has no guarantee of ever receiving his! Vague promises of delivery were made for today but today they say monday.
I could not place the order together due to some fault on the website and when I called it in the agent advised to place the orders seperately but assured me there would not be problems with the delivery!
I have followed up regularly and unfortunately the agents at the call centre were completely unable to provide me with reasons for the delay in delivery between the orders, stating that it was probably due to stock shortages at the supplier, all the agents I spoke to were unfailingly polite and kept apologising but nothing was done to alleviate my problem.
I will never order from Kalahari again and |I will make sure everyone I know hears about this incident.
