Why can no one respond or assist me when asking for service at Kalahari.

I ordered a brown phone cover from Kalahari on 20 September. I asked to confirm stock, I received a reply on 25 September stating the warehouse is waiting for my order, whereby I asked to confirm that they actually have stock. Still have not received a respond to that email. I followed up on 27 September. Still no reply, which I find terrible.

I phoned customer service and after not obtaining a direct answer on whether they have stock or not and just getting a response that the warehouse is waiting, I cancelled the order. The next day I noted the site was updated as follows: No Stock (just what I was asking from day one, why the run around).

So I place a new order on 30 September (white and yellow cover), which is indicated as dispatched within 8 days. Upon confirmation the delivery date was 16 days later, not 8. I phoned and requested an explanation. Still waiting. So I send an email on 2 October, still no reply. Today I open my order and see my order has miraculously changed from yellow to blue. Why? I phone... no direct answer, just the waiting game.

Please provide me with a direct answer?
