After having phoned and explained what I needed done I went into the Blackheath branch. The person I spoke to was not available. I met the owner named Gary. Gary was busy doing personal internet banking swearing and screaming at the computer. He did not answer the ringing phone or assist customers that were waiting. When I explained to him what I needed done he said he has no idea what I am talking about and they do not do such things. I said to him I am started to feel angry and frustrated as I had explained it over the phone. He threw things at me and said they do not do projects and I must please leave his shop. Terrible attitude from the owner!!!
