Beware - Kalahari delivery > 8 weeks

I ordered via the [URL Removed] web site a few books, a doll, and a pre-order PS3 game. On placing the order, 2 parcels were created, 1 for the game and another for the books and doll. The delivery date for the game was listed as the 5 November and the books/doll the 23 September. I have been waiting for the books since then. I queried this on the 23 October (6 weeks after my order). I was promised by the manager that the books will be delivered by the 23 October. Guess what, I received the doll on the 23 October but no books. When i checked the order status, the delivery for the books have been moved to the 28 October. The call centre person claimed that their Suppliers do not have stock, yet a delivery time of 2 weeks is still listed on their site for the same items. If you cannot deliver in 2 weeks do not mislead the customer. I also searched Amazon for the books and found that they have stock (over 200 items) of these books. Furthermore, the manager promised to call me back on Friday. I am still waiting for her call. Bottom line, stay away from Kalahari - you never know when they are going to deliver your stuff. When you complain they just ignore you.
