KALAHARI QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVERS!!!

I have ordered (order number:1000153633) a dvd (live in elandsbaai) as a birthday gift on 4 September 2013. I got confirmation email with a delivery date of 18 September (wich was 8 days to late already). Upon order they said it can be dispatched within 48h. Today 25 September I enquired and then get told they dont have stock. Why could this not be communicated via email. The were very keen to take my money but now will take 2 working days returning it. Customer service for them is non existing. I will never do busiiness with them again.
