It really hurts me when one is treated unfaily still in this country. I had 3 items (rolls, chickens & hot chips), the shop was busy, q's were long and people were being serviced at the information desk. I went there with my friend and Emrolet told us that shes assisting with "refunds only", no questions asked we went to the express till with long q. Whilst standing there I notice that shes helping people with their purchases and not refunds as she told us.

I went back and there was a guy with smoked beef simba chips and 2 items from Deli whom she helped. I saw him taking out his smart shopper card and hello thats NOT a refund. My turn came and she told me AGAIN that shes doing refunds, I told her of what I have seen and helped me. I mean she helped 2 people infront of me not with refund but with their purchases.

We are all customers, we all wanna leave the store asap and we all have the same south african notes/coins to pay with.
If information desk is used for refunds, let it be refunds to EVERYONE not to selected customers. I would have left the store long before had she not sent me back.
