Cross Trainer
MY POLICY MONEY

HI,

I worked for Cross Trainer since 2006. In 2007 the company offered Endowment policies (through Momentum) to their staff and explained that it pays out after a certain amount of years. It was explained that if we should leave the company the policy will be bought out and the amount will be less than the original amount if the policy matures. I resigned in March 2012 and to this date have not received my policy money... The Policy contract was kept by my employer but my Payslips clearly shows the deduction for the policy!!! I contacted Momentum and they assured me that the money was paid to Cross Trainer to the amount of /- R15000. I have had no luck with cross trainer to pay out the money owed to me for this policy. This is my last attempt get this sorted in this manner. I have no other choice but to seek legal advice after this!
