Do not ever purchase from Cross Trainer stores

Good day

I've purchased an Adidas takkie last weekend. It was never used and is still brand new in the original packaging. I've found a similar item much cheaper elsewhere and purchased it there with the intention of getting my refund from the cross trainer, only to be told that there are no cash refunds! I've never heard of something like this from any other store. I've always shopped at the Cross Trainer and was never aware of this so called rule. This is ridiculous and I need my refund. Customers should be warned before purchasing, that there are no cash refunds as this would certainly affect their decision to buy from the store. Please sort this issue out and arrange my cash refund as soon as possible.
