Not attending the customer query as urgent

Previous year which was 2012, people open accounts at price and pride using my details, it came to my attention when people calling at my work place saying I have bought the Stock of R26000.00.I have open a case in Polokwane Police station, I have also called Price and Pride informing them about the matter and gave them a case number to do the investigation First week of September 2013, a lady called me saying Price and Pride has took me to debtors collector which it was surprising because I reported the matter. On the 13/09/2013 I wrote an email complaining about the matter, the responded on the 19/09/2013 advising that I should submit the require document which were submitted on the 13/09/2013, i re-submitted on the 20/09/2013.On the 26/09/2013 I have send them an email checking of how long it will take for the matter to be resolved, They have not even responded to my email about the issue.

It shows JD Group does not care about customer. The services is very poo
