BAD ATTITUDE YET I CALLED WITH MY OWN AIRTIME

On the 28th of Sep l received a message that l must phone the call centre of YDE, called them with my own airtime and spoke to Fiona, she asked me why l have an outstanding account then l told her l have never paid this account in cash it always gets debited from my bank .then l told her l was going to pay it as in today of which l have done so .then l went own explaining to her that l have been having this account for almost 3 years and l am still using a temporal card, when will l get my card, then she says to me "this is not the reason why l called you'' YET I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED WITH MY PHONE, KNOW WHAT FIONAH, THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY DAY, If need be reeewind the tapes since you said to me ''the calls are recorded for quality purposes and security reasons
