DEBITING MY ACCT WITH AIRTIME NOT REQUESTED

I called your offices on the 16th and spoke to Tumi and advised her that your company is debiting my account with the airtime for cell that i did not request. She promised to send the message to someone in charge to investigate and they will call me the same day or next day. To date no onw has called me and this moring i called again and spoke to useless Tholakele who just put me on hold for thirty minutes wasting my airtime and told me that the same airtime is still showing on my account and nothing has happened. Please this stop this from my account becasue i didnt ask for this airtime and payback my money for the previos months. I DID NOT EVEN GET THIS AIRTIME FROM YOU SINCE MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED. I had a contract with with Cell-C company i dont need yours for your information. i know R33.00 is not a lot of money BUT i can take it up with my lawyers for. Please stop this nonsense from my account and refundwaht is due to me. Before i pay you off and cancel this account, i will take it up with my lawyers.
