Money - STD Bank does nothing!

On 19/07/2013, at 18h08 my associate went to the Autobank in Davenport. There were 2 men at the first autobank and as they moved away, he stepped forward and inserted his card. The screen did not appear as it usually does and the 2 men were hovering just behind him. He removed his card and went to the 2nd ATM. As soon as he inserted his card, and before he could even begin his transaction, his cell phone beeped and when he looked at the message, it said R5000 was withdrawn from his account. The men then got into their car and hastily drove off. He called the call centre immediately and they took really long to answer so he ran out of airtime during the call. He then got more airtime and called back and stopped the card. The next day he went into the bank & was told to call Centre. He did this and got a ref no, he also reported this to the police station. In the week that followed he tried calling Centre several times, holding on for up to 60 min at a time with no answer. Finally a woman who did not leave her name & was very rude called to say he took too long to stop the card. Seems like STD Bank is not protecting their loyal customers but allowing criminals to getaway
