I am so disappointed in FNB!

many reasons,

#1: I went to my own fnb branch to open a savings account :) yeah. Until the consultant claimed that i am in no way obliged to do so until i brought proof of residence, fair enough, except you are not allowed to open account without these documents which is why i took the proof the day i opened my account 4 YEARS AGO!!! i explained this and got told that the consultant who helped me open the account had lost my proof of residence and had put me on an account called the skwatta account for people who have no bills or water and lights, living in skwattas and got told i need an affidavit!

today i receive and sms saying R544 has been debited for my credit card, even though R220 is supposed to be debited, i called the call center and the phone had been put down on me twice before even explaining my situation. i then spoke to a RUDE and ARROGANT consultant who had told me that R544 had been taken off because i never paid R199.00 in the beginning of the month, i explained that this is unfair as i have never received an sms claiming i owe R544.00??? he was so horrible, rude and argued with me! I am in so much anger!!!
