Airtime mobile linked to my edgard account

Bought airtime from OTA mobile airtime service. This is not the first time especially in December. I bought airtime on the 25 December 2013, tried to load the airtime same time and the airtime was used already. Lodged the complain on 27th and was asked all sortsof verification questions. Eventually i was told that my airtime will be reimbused withi 24 to 48 hours. Called on the 7th 2014 quiring the same airtime tilll to date, i havent received a satisfactory services. Called today the 09th and spoke to Tshepang and Tebogo, sadly i even had to put my phone down since ive called for therri manager or supervisor.
I am not happy and thinking of closing my edgars account.
