Incorrect pricing and illusive manage

We went to Toys R Us Sandton City branch and the service we received was appalling. There was a Pediasure product displayed for R150 but when we got to the till it reflected R194. When they went to verify the price they decided to remove the price display. We waited for the manager to come and my wife is pregnant so standing there affected her. When we told the staff that we will make a compliant on hello peter they said R150 is fine. The manager never came and we decided to cancel that item. I am disappointed at the steps taken by the staff and manager and having to wait for a manager who is not coming. Its not the 1st time I receive por service from this store.
