I bought a galaxy note 2 on my foschini account on monday 23 september 2013.the phone froze twice and when i took back to the store i was told i cannot get a new phone although it is still within my 7 days they will send it away for 3-4 days. This is ridiculous and i will not buy phones from them anymore
