Samsung Phone in for repairs for almost two months

I bought a samsung phone in June this year, it worked for a week and then went in for repairs. Two weeks later it came back and I sent it back for repairs for the same complaint the same day. The second time the phone went in for repairs was 01.07.2013. I eventually went to the branch to find out where the phone was (a month later) to which I got the reply "I don't know but the cell phone lady will only be in tomorrow, I will ask her to call you" Needless to say I never received a call. I then phoned head office and spoke to a lady who said she would log my complaint and the store manager would call. Now two days later I have still not received a call. Foschini does not have time to sort out my query but they have the time to send me an sms today to say that my account is overdue. I do not see why I should pay for a phone and the interest on this phone when I do not have it. I obviously can not sit without a phone so I had to go buy a phone cash. I do not want this phone anymore and feel Foschini should credit this and then my account will not be overdue.
