Airtime Cancellation

I bought airtime via Foschini on a monthly basis for R30.00, they contacted me to renew the airtime top up for the next year, which I declined and told them to cancel as my kids school fees is increasing for next year and I can't afford it anymore. Now they blocked my cellphone and I didn't buy nor have a contract with them, as I bought this phone and the sim card from MTN. I have been to there store twice this weekend, 08/11/2013 and 09/11/2013, upon which they told me it was a mistake, but it is Monday the 11/11/2013 and my phone is still blocked. They have no right to do this blocking on my phone. Please help. Thanking you, Martha Mokwana
