Late last year around october, a friend of mine suggested the mytransunion website to me so that i can check all my debt, to my surprise i had an account at foschini. it was opened in around september and it had due balance of R 8000, and an opening balance of R 15000.00. then around november someone called me from foschini demanding i make payment. then i told that person that i had not opened the account. then around december they called me again, this time they told me i should send a copy of my i.d, affidavit stating i had not opened the account. around january i did that, i sent the documents to their forensic department and a someone from a law firm stating they were calling me on behalf of foschini asked me to sent them the same documents, i emailed them the documents. around the end of january i went to fnb to apply for a smart device, when i got there they told me i was listed on itc, by foschini for not making payments on an account i did not open. then i called foschini and they said the matter will be sorted out in 60 days, how can i put my life on hold for 60 days. i did not open the account. i have never been listed on itc now i'm for an account i didnt open, rubbish
