Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Pocket cell phone from the store in April 2013. It kept dropping network. I sent it for repairs and it came back "fixed". On the first week back it did the same. I sent it back three more times before they replaced it with a same model. The new phone is doing the same and worse as it redials the last numbers and the touch screen does not work sometimes. I went back to the store to complain and they were going to get the area manager to call me but its been 2 weeks since and I have heard nothing from. The reasoning for them is that Vodacom must take the decision and I believe that its Foschini's problem as I bought the phone from them and not Vodacom. I even called Samsung call centre and I was told that Foschini must replace the phone but they refused. I do not get any feedback from any one as promised. I wait gives told that my sim is faulty but it works on all other phones and if I change the sim card it does the same
