Foschini
Its now been for months without my watch

I bought a watch set in bellville 27/28 march 2013, now mid April I noticed that the watch was loose. I returned it to Foschini tygervalley and they said they will get the documents from bellville, its been 4 months now and no-one is getting back to me, bad enough I pay them their installments monthly. Now i decided to visit the store today 25/07/2013 only to find out that their jewellery dept lady says bellville denies me buying the watch there. I mean its a Foschini watch, someone please inform me you cant return a good from Foschini to any Foschini store, this was news to my ears. This was bought on account now they claim that their records last for a month on their system. I am tired of being tossed around i want my watch back fixed its been 4 months already..
