I have never been so in my whole life for Foschini like I'm now I don't know how you could run a business like this, it's a madhouse. I went to purchase a phone on the 16 Dec 2013 but had problems with the phone ever Since which I have reported it before 7 days. Instead I have been send from pillar to post I had to go to Vodacom and Markham (instructions from the staff of Foschini) to ask assistance from them to help with the phone which so by the way I didn't bought the phone from either of these places. Then there is this Black older lady who came and shout at me as if I don't know nothing and she said she went to training and she was not even part of the conversation. I think she need to go for customer service training to learn how to speak to customers! They eventually took the phone on the 26 Dec 2013 now I have to wait 3 weeks and this is a new phone! I bought the phone because I needed it urgently and now I have been inconvenienced by Foschini because of their incompetence they act as if nothing is wrong and I'm mad I couldn't believe my eyes. I need urgent assistance from the CEO or I will take this matter further!
