Markham refuses to update my name on credit B

Hellopeter,
My name is Richard. I settled my Markham account on 26/04/2013 through Capital Data (Debt collectors). They sent a latter of settlement as a proof of payment and agree to update Markham. After 30 days of settlement I phoned Markham legal/Head office to confirm if they have recieved any payment. My account was settled and they said they will send an update to credit bureau and it will be updated in the next 15-20 Days.

After 2 months I recieved my credit report still not updated. I lodged a dispute on credit bureau. I sent a copy of ID, proof residence and letter of settlement. The credit bureau said I must wait for 20 days. Yesterday I recieved SMS from credit bureau saying that I still owe Markham.

I phone Markham and they said my account was settled on 26/042013.I don't know what to do now
