I purchased a samsung Galaxy Plus from Foschini in Midrand. 2 Months later the unit was giving me issues. I took it back to Foschini at the Grove. it was accepted and i was given a book in confirmation document. I have been trying to call the store but it sounds as thougn someone in picking up and putting down the phone. I called Foschini customet care, the automated response just keep going on even though I have seleted a number. I logged an enquiry via their Website last week Thursday 30/01/2014. I have not jad any feedback. the unit was purchased 24/10/2013. Booked in for repairs on the 22/12/2013. I have been using an old phone since then. the phone does not even switch on at times. I have paid money and am making my monthly payments the least i could get is proper service.
